Mobile Banking

Bank at Your Convenience with Mobile Banking!

Check your balances, view transactions, make transfers or find a nearby office or ATM.  You can do your banking from your phone with CVB's FREE Mobile Banking... Enroll now!  Log into your Online Banking and follow the on screen prompts.  If not prompted, go to the Options menu and choose Enroll Now in the Mobile Banking section.

There are 3 easy ways to use Mobile Banking (Online Banking required):

  • App: Requires a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
  • Text: Requires ability to send and receive text messages (additional cellular charges may apply)
  • Browser: Requires phone with internet access

Mobile Banking App

  1. Search for Chippewa Valley Bank in the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone, then download.
  2. Enter your Online Banking User ID and click Continue.
  3. Enter your Online Banking Password, click Continue.
  4. Answer your security question, click Continue.

Mobile Banking Text

  1. Log into Online Banking using a PC.
  2. Choose options (if not prompted to enroll), then Under Mobile Banking Profile, choose Enroll Now.
  3. Review the Terms and Conditions, click Continue. 
  4. Check the box that says "Text Messaging", click Continue.
  5. Select your time zone, choose the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking, create nicknames for accounts and click Continue.
  6. Enter your Mobile Phone Number, click Continue.
  7. Your phone will receive a text message that includes an activation code.
  8. Enter the activation code on your PC and click Activate.

Mobile Banking Browser

  1. Log into online banking using a PC.
  2. Choose Options (if not prompted), then under Mobile Banking Profile, choose Enroll Now.
  3. Review the Terms and Conditions, click Continue.
  4. Check the box that says "Mobile Browser" click Continue.
  5. Select your time zone, choose the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking, create nicknames for accounts, and click Continue.
  6. Enter your Mobile Phone Number, click Continue.
  7. Your Phone will receive a text message that includes an activation code.
  8. Enter the activation code on your PC and click Continue.
  9. You phone will then receive a text message with a link to Mobile Banking.
  10. Bookmark this link so you have it in the future.
  11. Click Login.
  12. Enter the answer to your security question.
  13. Enter your online banking password.
