Our online banking uses a multi-layered security approach that protects you by prompting for a one-time verification code when a login attempt seems suspicious. Suspicious logins may include things like using a new device, logging in from a different part of the country while on vacation, or using your credentials at an unusual time of the day. When there's a suspicious login, you'll be sent a one-time verification code via text message or phone call to a phone number you've previously established with CVB. Please keep your contact information current by contacting us with changes as they're made.
